It's hard to blog about training when your knee keeps locking up

My fitness blogging has dropped off since I tore my knee. Squatting anything heavier than a broomstick is out. As are any sports that require running or cutting. My main training session these days is swimming three times a week.

Swimming is a good change of pace and a great workout that really only needs rotator cuff exercises to complement it. It's also a sport I'm genetically well-suited for anyway.

But I still miss the gym.
